Overview:  Provide contractual managerial consultation, project management, and program management to deliver after school programs statewide.

 

Duties:

  • Advise and support executive board members and meetings.

  • Execute programs in designated, market-ready communities per the standards of Girls on the Run International.

  • Onboard volunteers for proper program execution.

  • Manage social media outreach and organization tech, including management database and website.

  • Submit reports to grantors and to Girls on the Run International.

LIQUOR DIVISION

​

Overview:  Supervised the Division and its operations of the regulated wholesaling and taxation of liquor in accordance with federal and state law.

 

Duties:

  • Oversight of the purchasing, receiving, order completion, and accounting of over 50,000 liquor products and 100,000 orders a year.  Case quantities of over 1M shipped and inventory of approximately $20M.

  • Management of over fifty staff members to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of service delivery per the Division's charge.

  • Supervision of day-to-day operations of both business office and warehouse work environments.

  • Management of an operational budget of $8.6M and an enterprise budget of $175M.

Executive Director

WYOMING REAL ESTATE COMMISSION

​

Overview:  Managed five staff and supervise agency operations for the successful enforcement of Federal and State license law in the real estate and appraisal industry in the state of Wyoming.

​

Accomplishments:

  • In two years, successfully implemented paperless office procedures and developed new, comprehensive licensing software system;

  • Re-calibrated agency budget to accumulate significant agency budget reserves within two years;

  • Effectively tripled the agency cash balance in four years;

  • Established critical industry partnerships to enhance regulatory efforts in cadence with industry needs and public protection;

  • Developed and implemented new industry educational programs and professional development grants;

  • Supervised agency relocation including building and design of new office space, furnishings, and security systems;

  • Supervised comprehensive agency re-branding, logo creation, and outreach strategies; and,

  • Designed and currently administer agency's updated web site for ease of use and public engagement.

Duties:

  • Reported to and completed projects for the Wyoming Real Estate Commission and Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board on a quarterly basis.

 

  • Regularly planned and executed public meetings, work sessions, and hearings.

 

  • Oversaw agency budget of approximately $1.8M generated through revenue collected from licensing and service fees.

 

  • Represented Wyoming on international, national, and state panels and forums for regulatory agency administrators including: the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO), the Association of Appraiser Regulatory Officials (AARO) and the Wyoming Administrators Forum for Regulatory Agency Directors.

WY Quality Counts! Program –

Overview:  Supervised two staff providing scholarships, grants, and training to the Wyoming child care industry.

Duties:

  • Managed a biennial budget of $2.5M comprised of General Funds and including $800,000 in annual contracts for public outreach, curriculum development, scholarships, business grants, and delivery of training throughout Wyoming.

​

  • Executed statewide public awareness strategy, maintained program web site and social media outreach.

​

  • Enhanced collaboration in early childhood system building and industry professional development standards.

​

Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) --

Overview:  Provided training to Wyoming senior citizens that met program criteria articulated by Congress and administered by the US Department of Labor

 

Duties:

  • Managed an annual budget of $750K in federal funds including data validation and reporting.

​

  • Completed required state and federal performance reports,  data validation, file monitoring, and program audits.

2005-2008

Policy Analyst

WYOMING COMMUNITY COLLEGE COMMISSION

​

Overview:  Supervised data quality, collection, analysis, and compliance for aggregate state and federal reporting on behalf of and for seven community colleges.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborated with the Wyoming Department of Education to plan and execute the Hathaway Scholarship Program.

 

  • Completed strategic planning and annual reports for the agency.

 

  • Served as the State Coordinator for the federal Integrated Postsecondary Education Database System (IPEDS).
