Overview: Supervised the Division and its operations of the regulated wholesaling and taxation of liquor in accordance with federal and state law.
Duties:

Oversight of the purchasing, receiving, order completion, and accounting of over 50,000 liquor products and 100,000 orders a year. Case quantities of over 1M shipped and inventory of approximately $20M.

Management of over fifty staff members to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of service delivery per the Division's charge.

Supervision of day-to-day operations of both business office and warehouse work environments.

Management of an operational budget of $8.6M and an enterprise budget of $175M.

Overview: Managed five staff and supervise agency operations for the successful enforcement of Federal and State license law in the real estate and appraisal industry in the state of Wyoming.

In two years, successfully implemented paperless office procedures and developed new, comprehensive licensing software system;

Re-calibrated agency budget to accumulate significant agency budget reserves within two years;
